Gyamcho counts an extensive professional experience in trekking and expeditions around the Himalaya. His versatile talents for climbing Giants like Mount Everest, Cho-Oyu and baking muffins, bread or chocolate cakes in 6000 meters, makes him unique. Gyamcho started his career as an expedition cook (Chef de Kitchen) but gradually his desires to scale big mountains made him abscond cookery and climb high mountains, where he was very successful.
